Store
The only official store is kayan-battlegrounds.tebex.store. You can also open it from the Buy buttons in the lobby.

Nothing in the store makes you stronger. Weapons, in-game currency and crates are never sold for real money. Everything for sale is cosmetic or a convenience.
What you can buy

| Season Pass | The paid track of the current Season Pass: cosmetics and skin vouchers. |
| Skin vouchers | A voucher of a rarity. Redeem it in the Armory for one weapon skin of that rarity or lower. A skin never unlocks the weapon itself. |
| KAYAN ID | A short 2- or 3-digit ID you choose yourself. |
| Queue priority | Get into the server faster when it is full (1, 7 or 30 days). |
How to buy
- Open the store and pick an item.
- At checkout enter your KAYAN ID (the number under your name in the lobby). Check it twice: items go to the account with that ID.
- Pay with Tebex. The item is delivered to your account in game automatically, usually within a few minutes. If you are online you get a notification.
WARNING
Buy only from the official store. Buying, selling or trading items, accounts or services for real money anywhere else is against the rules (ACCOUNT-03) and there is no support for it.

Problems with a purchase
Open a ticket on the Discord with your Tebex transaction ID and your KAYAN ID.
