Terms of Service ​

These terms are an agreement between you and KAYAN Battlegrounds ("KAYAN", "we", "us"), the team that runs the KAYAN Battlegrounds FiveM server, its Discord, its store and this website. By joining the server, the Discord or buying from the store you accept these terms, the Rules and the Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are ​

KAYAN Battlegrounds is a community game server for GTA V running on the FiveM platform. KAYAN is not affiliated with, approved, sponsored or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re. The terms of Rockstar Games and of Cfx.re (FiveM) also apply to you while you play.

2. Who can play ​

  • You must own a legal copy of GTA V and follow the FiveM and Discord terms, including their minimum age in your country.
  • If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to play and to buy anything.
  • You need the KAYAN Discord entry permit role to join.

3. Your account ​

  • Your KAYAN account is linked to your game and Discord identity. Keep them secure; you are responsible for everything done on your account.
  • One player, one account. Selling, buying, sharing, renting or lending accounts is not allowed.
  • Your name and profile must follow the rules. We can change or hide a name or picture that breaks them.

4. Rules and moderation ​

  • You must follow the Rules. We can warn, mute, remove from matches, lock ranked search, reset ranks, remove gains or ban accounts that break them, as described in Punishments.
  • The server runs automatic protection: a chat swear filter, a voice check on the microphone, cheat detection and server-side damage checks. By playing you agree to these checks. See Automatic protection.
  • Players banned for cheating are shown on the Hall of Shame (name, KAYAN ID, reason and ban length) until the ban ends.
  • Serious cases (for example cheating, ban evasion, chargebacks, scams or threats) can lead to a permanent ban on every account of the player.

5. Virtual items ​

  • Everything in the game — levels, ranks, Premium, red money, skins, cosmetics, IDs and other items — is a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use it inside KAYAN. You do not own it and it has no real-money value.
  • Virtual items cannot be sold, traded or transferred for real money or outside the game.
  • We can change, balance, rename or retire game content, modes and items to keep the game fair and working.
  • Seasons end: ranks reset and season content changes as described in the guide.

6. Purchases ​

  • The only official store is kayan-battlegrounds.tebex.store. Purchases are sold by Tebex Limited as the merchant of record, so your purchase contract is with Tebex and the Tebex Checkout Terms apply to it.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to buy (a Tebex rule).
  • Prices are shown in the store at the time of purchase.
  • Items are delivered to the KAYAN ID you enter at checkout. Check it before you pay; we are not responsible for a wrong ID.
  • All purchases are digital and final. See the Refund Policy.
  • A chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first leads to a permanent ban and the removal of every purchase.
  • Nothing sold gives an advantage in combat.

7. Streaming and content ​

You may stream and record your gameplay on KAYAN and earn money from your own videos and streams. Do not present your content as official KAYAN content, and do not use it to share cheats or exploits.

8. The service ​

  • We do our best to keep the server online, but we do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free or that progress will never be lost (for example after a crash or a bug).
  • We can restart, update or change the server at any time.
  • We can close the server. If that happens, virtual items have no refund value.

9. Ending your access ​

You can stop playing at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the rules.

10. Liability ​

KAYAN is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost progress or lost virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be limited.

11. Changes ​

We can update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. Important changes are announced on the Discord. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Contact ​

KAYAN Battlegrounds is a community server, not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two or Cfx.re.
