Report a player

1. Press Esc and choose Report.
2. Pick the player (players who just killed you are at the top) and the reason.
3. Send. A screenshot and the last few minutes of match stats are saved automatically, and staff online are alerted to come and watch.

Limits: 1 report per minute, 3 reports on the same player per day, and only players in the same match or hub as you.

When staff close your report you are told the outcome: action taken, no evidence, or false report.

WARNING

Reporting is for real problems. 3 reports closed as false report in 30 days locks your report button for 7 days (REPORT-01). Reports closed as no evidence do not count against you.

Appeal a punishment

Think a punishment is wrong? You can appeal.

Answer	Within 72 hours

• Write your KAYAN ID, the date, the punishment and why you think it is wrong. Add a video if you have one.
• The staff member who punished you does not judge your appeal. Automatic punishments are reviewed by the admins.
• Lying in an appeal doubles the punishment.
• Do not argue about a punishment in public chat (REPORT-03).
• Ban evasion (CHEAT-05) has no appeal.
