All rules
Every rule has an ID (for example CHAT-10). Staff write that ID in every punishment, so you always know which rule was broken. The penalty column shows the ladder and its first step: see Punishments for every step.

Automatic = the server applies it by itself. Staff = a staff member applies it with evidence.

Match conduct
