Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data KAYAN Battlegrounds collects when you play on the server, use the Discord or buy from the store, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

We do not receive your card or bank details: payments are handled by Tebex, which has its own privacy policy.

Voice

• Your voice is only processed while you are talking in game and only after you accept the microphone request.
• Audio is turned into text on KAYAN's own server, checked for swear words, and deleted at once. Audio is never stored.
• Only when a swear word is found, the text of that sentence is saved with the punishment as evidence.

Who can see it

• Other players see your name, KAYAN ID, profile, ranks and public stats. Players banned for cheating are shown on the Hall of Shame (name, KAYAN ID, reason, ban length) until the ban ends.
• KAYAN staff see moderation data (reports, logs, punishments) to enforce the rules. Every staff action is logged.
• Service providers that run parts of KAYAN: Cfx.re (FiveM), Discord, Tebex (payments), our hosting providers and our anti-cheat provider.
• We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Your choices and rights

• You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or the deletion of your account by opening a ticket on the Discord. Some data (for example bans, purchase records and security logs) may be kept where it is needed to protect the server or required by law.
• Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your local law.

Children

KAYAN is not meant for children under the minimum age of FiveM and Discord in their country.

Changes

We can update this policy. The date at the top shows the last change.
