Refund Policy

Who you buy from

Purchases in the KAYAN store are sold by Tebex Limited, the official reseller and merchant of record. Your purchase contract is with Tebex, and the Tebex Checkout Terms apply to it. KAYAN delivers the items to your account and helps with any problem.

All sales are final

Everything in the store is a licence to use digital items on KAYAN, delivered to your account right after payment. As the Tebex terms say: except where required by applicable consumer law, the transaction is final and there are no refunds.

This includes:

• items you have used, redeemed or equipped;
• time-limited items (such as queue priority) that have started;
• items on an account that was later banned for breaking the Rules;
• a purchase delivered to the wrong KAYAN ID because it was typed wrong at checkout;
• items lost because the server closed. Virtual items have no value outside KAYAN and cannot be exchanged for real money.

EU and UK buyers

You have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal, but for digital content it ends as soon as delivery starts: at checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal. Store items are delivered to your account right away.

Your rights for items that are faulty or not as described are never affected.

If something went wrong

Problem	What happens
You paid but the item never arrived	Open a ticket with your Tebex transaction ID and KAYAN ID. We deliver it.
You were charged twice for the same purchase	Open a ticket. The duplicate payment is refunded through Tebex, or turned into the item if you prefer.
The item is faulty or not as described	Open a ticket. We fix it or replace it with an item of the same value. If we cannot, it is refunded through Tebex.

Open tickets on the KAYAN Discord within 14 days of the purchase. For payment problems you can also contact Tebex directly at tebex.io/contact/checkout.

Some payment methods (for example paysafecard) cannot be refunded by the payment provider. In that case we offer store credit of the same value.

Age

Tebex only sells to buyers who are at least 16 years old. Under 18, ask a parent or guardian first.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before you open a dispute. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first leads to a permanent ban on KAYAN and the removal of every purchase on the account (ACCOUNT-04). Tebex may also block the buyer from buying on any Tebex store.
