I can't join: "You must join the KAYAN Discord"

Join discord.gg/jugeshGMWk, get the entry permit role, keep the Discord app open, then restart FiveM. See How to join.

Nobody hears me

Check your GTA and FiveM voice settings and hold your talk key (N by default). There is no voice in the lobby. See Microphone & voice.

Is the game in Arabic?

Yes. Lobby Settings > Language switches the whole game between English and Arabic.

Can I use a graphics pack?

Only if it does not touch weapons, recoil, spread, aim or walls. Many "FPS boost" and graphics packs hide modified weapon files — those are treated as cheating. See Automatic protection.

Why did my shot not count?

All damage is checked by the server. The death recap shows the shooter the hits that were not accepted and why (for example distance or no line of sight).

Can I buy weapons?

No. Weapons are unlocked with Premium, earned by playing and from the Season Pass free track. The store only sells cosmetics and conveniences. See Store.

I crashed in a ranked match

Reconnect within 5 minutes: you get priority in the queue and go back into your match. Quitting on purpose counts as leaving.

How do I report a cheater?

Esc > Report, pick the player and the reason. A screenshot is saved and staff online are alerted. See Reports & appeals.

I was banned. Can I appeal?

Yes, with a ticket on the Discord within 14 days. Ban evasion has no appeal. See Reports & appeals.

My purchase did not arrive

Items usually arrive within a few minutes. If not, open a ticket with your Tebex transaction ID and your KAYAN ID.
